HIVE Network ("HIVE," "we," "us") operates the HIVE member portal, available on the web and as a mobile app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. HIVE is a private, members-only professional networking community.
We collect the information you provide when you use the portal:
We do not collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the app.
We use your information only to operate the member portal: to show the member directory, track referrals and network impact, run colony features, review membership applications, and keep members informed. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Your data is stored securely with our backend provider, Supabase, which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us run the portal, or where required by law.
Because HIVE is a networking community, your profile information (such as your name, business, and photo) is visible to other signed-in HIVE members in the directory. Private values, such as the dollar amount you attach to a referral, are visible only to you and HIVE administrators.
You can view and update your profile information at any time from within the app. If you would like your account and data removed, contact us and we will delete it.
HIVE is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
